Managing invoices from Invoice History

All invoices created in Autotask can be accessed on the Invoice History page. On this page, you view, void, export, or mark an invoice as paid. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.

Although invoices cannot be deleted, they can be voided. By default, voided invoices are not shown, but you can set the Voided filter to Yes to display voided invoices.

To display only invoices from organizations that have the emailing of invoices enabled, set the Organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. Email-Enabled filter to Yes.

NOTE  The Invoice History search will return up to 2000 records (rows). If your results include more than 2000 records, a message is displayed in red at the top of the list.
