About timesheets
Your manager will have told you whether you must submit your timesheet at the end of each timesheet period. If so, you can find your current timesheet here: My > Timesheets > Current Timesheet. For complete information, refer to the context-sensitive help on this page. When you open your timesheet, you will see the following:
- Any time you have entered on tickets was automatically copied into your timesheet, so if you carefully entered your time on tickets, you should be in good shape.
- If you requested time off and it was approved, it also appears automatically on your timesheet.
- You will also have been informed if you need to account for time that was not spent working on customer tickets. In Autotask, this is called Regular Time. Examples of regular time are Internal Meeting or Research / Training. It also includes certain types of time off that cannot be planned or requested, such as Jury Duty or Sick Time.
You will get a notification email when your manager or owner approves or rejects your timesheet.
