The PageConnect/XPPS device type
In conjunction with Xerox PageConnect/XPPS, a Device Type and its associated User-Defined Fields are used to display the data that is imported for a specific printer every month.
When the Xerox installed module is turned on, Autotask will automatically create a device type: Xerox PageConnect/XPPS and its associated UDFs. This device type will be user-editable, but by default, it will contain the Device UDFs you see below. Autotask will create these as system UDFs that cannot be deleted.
Each time a PageConnect/XPPS XML file is imported, we will update the PageConnect/XPPS Device's UDFs with usage data for the month just imported.
